11/27 Bad experience. It says open on thanksgivings so went through the drive thru, waited there for 5 minutes and nobody was responding. I had drove up to the window there’s an associate working inside but didn’t walk up to the window at all. Waited for another 10 minutes she was just cleaning acting like theres no 5 cars on their drive thru. SMH
I live nearby and often take my kids here. The staff have been so loving and friendly. I've had conversations with a few of the staff for a second and they are very down to earth and helpful. Some days are better than others but my main issue is how rude the customers often are to the staff. Yes it gets busy but they try their best to keep up with everything. Is the food perfect of course not but it's fairly affordable and a quick treat for my kids.
