I hate leaving poor reviews, but accountability is important. The three “golden” rules of foodservice were broken during my latest visit. You can’t be rude, you can’t be slow, and the orders can’t be wrong. I get it, fast food isn’t fun, but being kind to customers is part of the job. Also, being condescending to teammates (in front of customers) is just low class. I was the only one in the drive through. Yet waited almost 5 mins just to pay, and another 5 waiting for food.
