The manager at this place was yelling at us and blaming us for the line up. When it’s her staff who couldnt take our order from the speaker and asked us to come forward to take our order at the window. Very unprofessional and inappropriate gor a manager to act like that! The manager went back and forth with us blaming us for the long line up, when my app was only asking me to upfate it which was only taking 30 seconds. McDonalds should send her for a bullying and customer service course!
SEVERELY understaffed. Waited 15min for an iced coffee during lunch rush. Please hire more people!!
