The last three times I’ve gone through, their ice cream machine is out of service. It’s currently 6:18. It’s not even like it’s close to closing time. Update: three weeks later, 11:30. Ice cream machine is down again and they’re “out” of the Shamrock shake on St. Patrick’s Day. Called about it and I’m told by a snarky employee that they’re waiting on a compressor. Waiting for two months? I truly doubt it.

Pulled every car We had a simple order and still got pulled, they are basically cheating there drive thru time. One of the girls that brought our order out is rude.
