I ordered two identical meals with large fries and drinks. I got to the window and the girl was going to hand me medium drinks I told her I asked for large and she got me the larges instead. She gave me my food with no fries so I went back around and got the fries. When I went to eat my quarter pounder with bacon, not only was there no bacon there was also only ketchup on it and it tasted like it was coated with a VERY thick layer of pepper. Just annoying cause you pay extra for all these things and then don’t get them.
They are slower than frozen molasses and have no motivation to serve their customers in a timely manner. Sitting 20+ minutes at curbside pickup to still not have received your food is ridiculous. You get faster service at Applebees and their service is poor as well.
I ordered DoorDash they missed a majority of my order they told me to come back so I did then proceeded to sit there and wait for the rest of my order for 10 minutes after my order took 45 minutes to get to me cause systems were down
