Thursday Oct 9 8:08am I came to the McDonald’s on South Ave in Plainfield for the Monopoly promotion. I ordered items that the app showed were part of the Monopoly game, including a sausage, egg & cheese McGriddles, but my food didn’t have the peel. i don’t come to this location very often but whenever i do i usually go thru the drive thru. Every time i go i feel like im given my food to by robots. Nobody says anything, not a hello how are you. not a you’re welcome after i say thank you for them giving me my food. It’s like ??? hello are you alive ? even when i go to pay they don’t ask cash or card they just wait until i pull something out like ??? This morning I came to this establishment to get breakfast .. they made a mistake and messed up my order .. I asked to speak to a manager “ Marybell “ she insisted that I pay extra because their employee got my order misconstrued. Argued with me for 15 mins about a drink instead of fixing the situation. Saying “ her system won’t allow her to give me the correct drink “ In utter disbelief with her customer service skills.
