Fries where cold and stale, no ice in my drink, out of several drinks and sweet and sour sauce. Ordered a basic #1 and nuggets every thing was off. Ate half of the meal only cause I was starving, wouldn't recommend if your looking for a half way decent meal. At least if the night shift that was on around 11 O'Clock October 5th is on duty. If I had more time on my hands would have went back and got a refund. Trash service.
Ms. Tucker was an extremely rude and unprofessional manager. Was yelling over the drive thru being disrespectful when all I was asking was a simple question. She was yelling at staff in front of customers. She really shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t handle the stress of the job.
I literally got nothing but two burgers and two fries and on both my burgers I asked for no pickles or no onions and somehow someway they rung me up correctly and still decided to put onions on BOTH but got the no pickle part correct. I just don’t understand how something so simple wasn’t done correctly.
