zero stars. Store is always dirty, customers are left waiting ridiculous amounts of time, a lot of employees with bad attitudes, and their drinks are always flat. Went back for a new drink… flat. Ruined my whole night you guys suck
Honestly just go literally anywhere else. Ive never had a single mobile order go smooth. And when you order inside you will be waiting in excess of 1 hour. Its not fast food. Its not cheap food. Its slow food thats expensive and unhealthy.
The dining room was filthy, including the floor, tables, and chairs. The drinks area was a disaster. The floor felt completely sticky even though the employee had just finished mopping. It was truly unpleasant to eat in a place like that under those conditions.
