had a very disappointing experience at this location. The chicken was burnt, dry, and not edible. On top of that, the customer service was poor, especially the person taking the order, who seemed rude and unhelpful. There was also a lot of disorganization in the area, which made the experience worse. Overall, very poor food quality and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves.
I realize this isn’t this McDonalds fault, but I went through the drive-thru last night with my daughter and in the short amount of time I was in the drive-thru we had two homeless men come up to us asking for money. One of them literally said he was going to blow our heads off next time he sees us for not giving him money. Needless to say neither he or this McDonald’s will ever see us again.
