I am a regular customer at the McDonald's in Plainfield, NJ. I love the Caramel Macchiato and buy coffee every morning and night. Very often I am told it is not available, that the machine is dirty, or even to go to Wendy’s. One employee, a young woman from Ecuador or Guatemala, has done this multiple times. Please review this location and improve service.
The products they sell aren’t real food. Ask the CEO and his tik tok video where he was scared to eat the product.
Everything felt simple.
The staff are rude. When I pick up my order, they ignore me. When it's closed, I ring the bell and they pretend not to see me, continuing to chat and not paying attention to me.
