Something is always wrong here. Understaffed, broken machines, online ordering broken, etc… every time I go here there’s a problem. Food is usually good at least, if you get it within 30 minutes.
If I could leave a zero I would, the person taking our order said he was closing in ten minutes and was so dismissive when taking our order. We tried to order something’s that were not available at this time but as soon as we told him that it was okay we wouldn’t be placing an order (due to his attitude) he perked up and it was after a concert when they could have made a lot of money as a business. Online hours also said they were open until 11:00.
Fries really cold and gross, watered down frappe and my husband was trying to talk to the front im assuming manager about his rude comment he made and he told my husband to get the "hell" out of here in front of my 7 year old and 3 year old child. Highly highly unprofessional
