I frequent this drive through often. (It's the only McDonald's for quite a while) when you order, it's like they will give you what they give you and you better hope it's what you ordered. If it isn't, they will basically tell you "oh well" too bad. Very unhelpful. Spend money expecting a big Mac, you get a mcchicken. If you complain, they will take the food back that you touched, (which they aren't supposed to do,) put it under the lights for the next customer, then hand you another wrong sandwich. Kudos to the staff at the Sandersville McDonald's. Ordered what we thought were steak egg and cheese bagels. Went back and what we ordered was bacon instead. The staff was very professional no dram redid our order and when we received it it was actually very good. I'm not of a McDonald's fan any more but these sandwiches were the best I've had in a long time. Again. Great job sandersville Mcdonalds
Still just as sorry as always
It's McDonald's, you know what's there. But here's what I do have to say about this particular location: They are surprisingly fast. There haven't been many times I pulled up, and the place isn't packed. In fact, I have always had someone already in line placing their order with at least 1 person behind them. This location is ready!! I don't know the longest I have had to wait from arrival to departure, but i do know I have never had that feeling of, "come on" or " what's going on here" You know what I'm talking about.
