I should not be asked to pull up in drivethru when no one is behind me and I ordered one sandwich!!!
AWFUL service. Had to go in 2 different times because I ordered 13 cookies and got 3. Ordered 2 fries got 1…..
They gave my order to someone else in drive thru. Then brought me the same bag that has been in someone else's car. I go in to get a refund and they said they didn't know how to do a refund so I said I'll stand here till someone does and they finally got me a refund. I won't never be back cause McDonald's management apparently sucks.
