It's so cold inside all the time. All the workers wear jackets. Not sure why it's like this.
Meat not done got cherry pie instead of apple.
There is absolutely no reason for an order of 1 Carmel frappe should head waiting in the pick up spot for 20 minutes after paying and ordering through the drive thru and being asked to wait. I had to ask an employee delivering the 7th order after us if we could finally get the frappe and she told me everyone inside wouldn’t tell her where it went or who it was for. Absolutely uncalled for.
