Customer service wasn't great. Waited for a large ice coffee for about five minutes..
ordered on the app 20 minutes ahead and still got told to wait and to pull ahead in the parking lot. After all that waiting my fries and nuggets are still very much raw. the burger is a complete mess with excess sauce and looks like it was stepped on by an elephant. I get that things may get hectic during a rush, however if im being told to wait I expect my food to come out not only "fresh" but RIGHT.
Very poorly managed. Do not recommend.
