A lot better than the last time we visited a year ago. No employee additude when I asked a question. Food was done quick.
The tabels were sticky, looks like (if still using sanitizer buckets to clean tables) that they hadn't been using clean enough sanitizer for the tables. Food all over the floors. Drink fountain was very messy and sticky all over, almost every lid at the drink fountain was sticky and the straws were wet. Very unclean dining area. Food was dry and stale tasting as well. Used to be my favorite location too :/
Ordered a ranch snack wrap meal and a spicy snack wrap meal, been sitting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes now waiting on it. As someone who has many years of fast food experience this is horrible customer service. Definite the worst McDonald’s in all of Waterloo. Gave us coupons for the wait which I appreciate it but shouldn’t have been a thing in the first place.
