Thought this place had gotten better but its not the employees. It's the managers that need to get it together. Sat in the parking spots they tell you waiting for a cookie tote for almost 20 minutes last weekend. Go inside and the manager says they missed it and said they would just refund for the tote. I let them know my food more so my fries were cold now that I had waited so long. Not a clean place at all very rude employees.😕 I went there about 9:45 or something like that. On April 1st I got me a Big Mac meal and bacon cheeseburger with a mocha and a chocolate shake and they took my order I paid for and everything and I sat there and sat there and waited and waited and they gave me the chops up shake and then a few minutes went by and the key came to the window and said sorry.
