I don't know what's happening with the people in the office. I've been waiting since last week for them to come and fix the heating, but no one comes. They say I'll be here in a bit, but they don't send anyone. That's not right. The apartment is so cold that I can't bathe the baby so she doesn't get sick. I don't think that's what it should be like because I pay for all the services.
