I ordered a sausage McMuffin this morning on my way to work and one whole side of the muffin was hard as a rock. I could feel it through the wrapper before I even opened it. I couldn't even bite into it, it was that hard. They should have noticed that when preparing it and/or wrapping it up. Total waste of money and now I have no breakfast. I come here every morning on my way to work and the drive thru has steadily gotten worse since one of their regular workers quit.
