I left after waiting for my food so long this morning that they made me late for work. Never got my food. Management can refund my order. The card is under this name.
I came through the drive-thru today around 9:35 AM, and the female employee working was very unprofessional and rude. I visit this McDonald’s almost every day, and it was disappointing to be treated with such attitude. If she was having a bad day, it shouldn’t be taken out on customers. I understand the pay may not always feel fair, but at the end of the day this is still her job and good customer service is expected
THE saddest McDonalds I’ve ever eaten in. A windowless area to eat in with employees who couldn’t care less. An incomplete order was brought to the table without napkins for a party of 8. Upside….the fries and quarter pounders were good. Downside….the chicken tenders were tasteless and wound up uneaten. I truly regret going there.
