The incorrect items were included in my takeout order. When I raised the issue, staff insisted the order on their screen was correct and did not offer an apology, instead placing responsibility elsewhere. This occurred despite the order being clearly clarified at the time of purchase, and I was assured the kitchen would be informed. Unfortunately, the response did not reflect a customer-focused approach.
