I have never been a fan of things like "your job isn't that hard" but anymore this is how I feel. Having to repeat the same item 4 times because they're not listening or being told EVERYTIME we use the app that our order has been canceled, Ive only gotten my money back a few times so obviously thats not an option anymore. Make up your mind....keep employing people who dont care what they're doing as long as they get paid or make everything electronic so you can avoid accountability altogether. Its ridiculous.
