the drive thru is always backed up. the orders are wrong most of the time. the workers are not helpful. one example, i was in line for 21 minutes and found out they were out of Diet Coke!

Absolutely terrible experience at the McDonald's on Arbor Square Drive. I placed a mobile order around 6:00 AM and didn't receive it until about 6:25 AM. I sat waiting for over 20 minutes, and when I finally got to the window, the employee completely ignored me instead of acknowledging the delay or explaining what was going on. It looked like there was no manager in the building because the staff seemed disorganized and had no sense of urgency. Typical mcdonalds, food is what it is, but this location is HORRIBLE about opening on time.. Supposed to open at 5 but constantly aren't opening until 5:30 or later but keeping their online ordering turned on.
