They served us cold fries. It took about five minutes for anyone to come to the counter and almost thirty minutes to get our food. Then it was cold worst ever
I placed a mobile pickup order and waited a long time, but I was never served. No communication, no explanation—just left sitting there while my order was completely ignored. After wasting my time, I ended up placing the same order at a different McDonald’s down the road and was served immediately with no issues. Just went through the drive thru on 7/19 around 5:30am and the staff I dealt with was so rude. The guy taking my order definitely did not want to be there and was extremely rude for no good reason. While ordering he was rushing me and kept interrupting me. I drove to the first window where there was nobody at so drove to the second window to pay where I was greeted with disrespect by this same individual and belittled because I didn’t wait around at the first window.
