This was my favorite McDonald's location in Overland Park, however today's experience is a one big disaster. Maybe something happened to the management of this location, but this place is not good anymore. The staff is completely ignorant to the kids area. The kids area is a big mess. It looks like nobody cleans it up. The only thing they care about is drive-thru line.
Person taking order didn't verify order on the screen and didn't provide price. Gave the money taker $10.01 for $8.51 order. Tried to give me $1.25 change and then was unable to count the correct change. They never verify order and was given incorrect order, and I refurshed the order and requested a correction. Money taker needs a few lessons in math and order taking.
went there and bought two sec mcgriddles, they had only egg and cheese and no meat. When called the number on receipt it went directly to voicemail for MCD. Receipt is right, the order is wrong. Placed a third call today as I didn't receive a response from my first two calls.
