It took a long time to get their attention to take care of my order. I'm talking about 15 minutes. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice.
Order food on the mobile app and went to curb side pick up waited like a half an hour until then I decided to go in and yet get ignored by workers. There is no customer service and no manners from anyone in that store I then got their attention and told them I was waiting for 30 mins at curb side and yet still waited for another 20 mins in the store for my food and food was cold. I am very disappointed I guess I am going to have to go to Wendy’s or Burger King from now on
I don't know if me and my gf were just REALLY hungry or lucky but on May 1st we got some of the of the best McDonald's we have ever had It was all hot and crispy Idk how to describe it other then tasting "full"
if i place my order at 10:45 and get to the restaurant at 11, why in the world would you cancel my breakfast order? it was placed 15 minutes before 11. make the order when it is placed and you won’t have this issue. it’s pretty ridiculous
