Very dissatisfied with this business button. Doing business with them for years. And my McDonald's app messed up and I've been waiting over 2 months for someone to help me. Fix this app and no one never gets back to me. Why give rewards to people and earn points on something? And then when you can even use them and no one helps you get back inow I'm going to Burger King.
This place is so dirty and the owner is not paying the electric bill and they have no help and they are so slow we been in the drive through for a hour this place need to shut down.
This was surprisingly a wonderful experience staff was nice order was hot and accurate.
Went inside do to drive thru having a huge line and the gentleman in front of me told me he had been waiting 10 mins for someone to come to counter. I waited another 5 mins and nothing so I left. Terrible service
