Terrible service at this establishment. They take a long time, and today they didn't deliver my complete order. I was missing my hamburger. It's annoying that they waste my time and money.
App constantly says the drive thru is closed. Some of the staff could use some customer service training.
The food took a little to long and the people were in a hurry to get me out of the lobby for some reason.
The guy with dark hair glasses that works in drive through and in first window. Is so rude. He should really go work somewhere else if he hates his job ! Bad customer service , the worst actually. Makes me wonder how much service was lost when it came to this guy taking orders.
