placed an order on the app for just some fries. Get there 10 minutes later shows on the screen the order is ready. Stood there for over 15 minutes and could not get one person to acknowledge I was even there. I left without my order that I already paid for, they can keep em I'm done with this location. Their breakfast burritos look like mini flat envelopes with nothing in them, every other location are fine. Burgers are always dry as all hell. Seems to be a problem with the owners, management, or both.

Worst service ever!!! No receipt. Pulled up to window to get food-they don’t know my order (it didn’t print?!) They give lots of attitude when I repeat my order. Had a free fries from app but they refused to honor it! Didn’t get some of the food I ordered!!!This place was the worst!!!
I was there yesterday and there was already a long wait for drive thru, no biggie, it’s Friday and I know they’re busy. Pulled up paid for our food, gave us our drinks told us to pull up cause they were still making our food again no biggie. Sat pulled up for 20 mins not in a spot but just pulled up. I went inside very politely told one of the workers, I’ve been waiting for 20 mins only for her to tell me. “I’m so sorry I remember your order, we gave it to someone else by accident.” Couldn’t have come outside to check on us ... read more
