Sat in the drive thru approximately 20 minutes and finally gave up and pulled off.
Ordered using the kiosk, kiosk has no receipt paper so I was unavailable to see my order information including the order number that’s usually on the receipt. When I asked them about my order they couldn’t find it as I don’t have a receipt and they clear orders as soon as they come in to make their numbers look good causing my order to be lost.
Not only were they out of sweet tea but orange juice & the wait for our order was almost 20 mins and the food was wrong
