Ordered on the app at 7:00. I pulled up to the drive thru and There was nobody on the speaker for five minutes, so I just pulled up. The lady at the window didn’t speak that good English which I understand, but I was trying to tell her nobody is on the drive thru speaker and everybody is leaving because of it. I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your McDonald’s location this evening. My fiancé and I were dining inside the restaurant when a state trooper and EMTs arrived to assist a man experiencing what appeared to be a serious medical and mental health emergency. This McDonald’s Should no longer be in business. This is the worst establishment that I’ve ever seen. The food is horrible and when you say you’re gonna open at five, and you have a line of people waiting for food that does not mean let people sit Till 545 and then come out and say Oopsies, we made a mistake we have to turn all the machines on. It’s going to be another 25 minutes. I will never go back to this establishment.
