Zero customer service
Usually drive thru workers here aren’t very focused on being right just being fast . I have received mistakes before but usually have never said anything. Just went through the drive thru at 8:45 this morning ordered the new spicy egg mc muffin , and a hash brown with a large half and half tea . What I received was a regular sausage egg McMuffin , 2 hash browns and a tea that wasn’t filled all the way . Hopefully the staff will lay more attention to what’s being handed out .
Ordered a Spicy McChicken with fries. Everything was okay at first until I noticed it tasted a bit off. Looking into it, my food was RAW!!! I went back to get a second one hoping my concerns would be met. NO! Yet again my food was raw!
It's a McDonald's. You don't go for the food, or the happy people who enjoy working there. I give the service 2 stars because it's not the people's fault they rush stuff through. You don't go for the atmosphere anymore either. It's bland. Not like it used to be.
