Huge shoutout to Damien at the drive-thru window this morning! He provided fantastic, cheerful customer service, greeted me with a warm smile, and wished me a great day. That kind of positive energy makes a huge difference in the morning! Just a minor heads-up for the team: the last two times I ordered oatmeal here, it didn't come with a spoon. Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The service was painfully slow, and the lack of urgency from the staff made the whole experience frustrating. What was even more disappointing was the manager’s attitude and apparent lack of concern about the situation. A manager should be taking responsibility, communicating with customers, and making sure the team is providing reasonable service. Instead, the situation felt completely neglected.
