My order was incorrect after reviewing it with the person who took it multiple times. Instead of attempting to correct it, and after acknowledging that what I ordered is an actual menu item and meal, I was told that I’d have to get back in the drive through line to come around again to fix it. I’m fully aware that other solutions were available. I ended up leaving with the missing items. The customer service and training needs to be improved.
NO WAY!!!!!! Going back tomorrow to get my refund because what is this????
Definitely the most nasty McDonald’s I’ve been in, there are stains and messes everywhere on the floors, counters, and walls. Didnt even feel comfortable sitting down it was so bad. Menu says everything is out of stock. Food was also terrible fries felt and tasted terrible. Waited over 15 min just for someone to ask if I needed help. Will not be back
