This McDonald’s location does not believe in using the drive-thru system. I’m not sure what the purpose of a drive-thru lane is when the staff only believes in mobile orders for the drive-thru. What’s the point of a drive-thru if I have to place my order beforehand? The worst part is that you can walk indoors to place an order and they’ll tell you to place it through the drive-thru window they just ignored you at for over 30 minutes. I visited the McDonald’s at Lee Road and Fairburn Road in Lithia Springs around 11 PM. The restaurant was not busy, with only one vehicle ahead of me, and I received my order within 3–5 minutes, which was great! The young man who took my payment was pleasant, and the young lady who handed me my order was exceptionally kind and professional. I guess this location needs better management because they are always under staffed usually, it's poor management. Why is it the drive thru is attended, but not the pick-up orders or the lobby?? OH I KNOW WHY BECAUSE THE DRIVE THRU HAS A TIMER!! THE MANAGER TOLD A MAN IN THE LOBBY THIS MORNING SHE COULD NOT HELP HIM HE HAD TO ORDER ON THE KIOSK, WHEN THE MAN ASKED HER COULD YOU HELP ME DHE ANSWERS NO!! ⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Terrible Service This is easily one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. The service is unbelievably slow. The drive-thru routinely takes what feels like 100 years, and the line is often wrapped around the entire building. Going inside isn’t any better. You can literally stand at the register waiting to order while employees walk right past you without acknowledging you. There is absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service.
