On September 28, I was picking up a DoorDash order. A customer was at the counter waiting for her order. She looked through to the kitchen witnessing a young man go in his crotch while he was fixing food. She then requested her money back. I informed the manager of his actions. Not sure of the outcome, but this was totally unacceptable and very disgusting as well as unsanitary. Staff can't listen and forget things bad customer service all around
***** READ CAREFULLY **** there’s a reason this McDonald’s is the lowest rated in Douglasville/Lithia Springs. I found a sharp spring in one of my French fries. Imagine if I ate it? This is hazardous and this location needs to be shut down. See picture for reference. This is only a piece of the spring. There was more attached to the fry. Eat at your own risk.
