I hate to complain but I’m forced to. I’ve had extremely soggy food once and another days I have received cold food . In one instance I received partially frozen pancakes. I spoke to who I think is a manager and he offered replacements that I haven’t excepted simply because my complaint is so that they can be aware and address the problem.
Service is horrible. Workers just look at you and ignore you instead displaying costumer service
