Ordered food on Christmas Day threw the app since it said it was open. Charged me for my food, however after arriving they were closed... it has been about 3 weeks now and they still have not refunded my money or offered a solution.... keep calling and keep being told it should be refunded any day. I have been very patient but this is ridiculous.
