Very slow take out service. Customers were saying there was no staff and employees agreed with them and said, we have shortage of workers.

So I have a very serious complaint to make, because if it's not reviewed, then I shall make it into the media. So I came around this location at around 10:55pm feb 1 and I ordered through the kiosk but the kiosk machine didn't print the receipts and didn't give me order number. So I went to pickup counter to ask for help, the asian young lady at the counter stereotyped me based on how I look, said if I am from skip or order - door delivery person.
