This is a neighborhood McDonalds for my family and I have NEVER yet received my entire order. There's ALWAYS something missing. Whether it be an order of fries or the entire sandwitch for a value meal. I have only once gone through the drive through and actually gotten my meal at the window. They almost always push me past the window and bring the order out. Note that I nearly never go during rush hour because their error rate increases terribly. I have gone to this McDonald's two times this week and both times there was no catsup in the dispenser and the floor in front of the beverage center was filthy. Also many of the booth seats were filthy as well and the tables were sticky. I observed the "Manager" yelling at an employee about taking the trash out (9:30 pm) and she was refilling the "Sweet tea" container and spilled some on the floor and yelled for someone to clean it up.
