Absolutely ridiculous I sat there waiting forever for my food for no reason when they’re literally handing other people food and they’re in there, smiling and laughing and too busy talking to serve customers
First, my family placed a to go order through the app. Went to the drive thru and the employee complained with attitude that we were that "big order" ( $5 McChicken meal, $6 McDouble meal, 10 piece nugget meal with extra 10 nuggets...that was the order) In our order, we wanted the Big Mac sauce. They poured Big Mac sauce in the box that was supposed to be 4 chicken nuggets. If they didn't have the sauce in the little plastic container, just tell us and we'd order another sauce. They rebuilt this McDonald's and I guess the good employees left and haven't returned. What they got here for employees is a bunch of people thinking they deserve $25 an hour for the minimum amount of work possible. Order extra tartar sauce they gonna get mad and just put some on the size of a quarter. The fries were cold and they couldn't be bothered to salt them. Just close it down ice age management.
