Took them almost 15 minutes to bring out a cold happy meal and a melted McFlurry. To say your curbside employees are useless is an understatement. What’s the point of it if no one is going to work it? Lmfao
Cold fries, cold sandwich, incomplete orders, soda machines all empty. Probably the most incompetent crew of workers ever. Probably too busy on TikTok or instagram to worry about customer service.
Got some food with my boyfriend. The lobby was decently clean, the staff was friendly and fast, and the order barely took 2 minutes to make with the food still being fresh. Excellent location, they've improved greatly!
