My appetite was ruined due to seeing roaches in the booth that I was sharing with my grandchildren on our 1st Roadtrip together. I was really bummed out.☹️
Multiple times I come here and ask for light ice in my drink, the person taking my order acknowledges what I’m ordering but the person at the window says they can’t control the quantity of ice that comes out. Either tell the customer you can’t do light ice or tell your employees to have some customer service
DO NOT GO HERE - Unprofessional employee on phone while setting to go bag on counter, she did not say my name or order number when other to go orders were announced out loud. I placed a to go order for a simple sausage and egg mcmuffin on 07/08/25 at 9:02am. I waited inside and waited for my name or my order number to be called from the counter.
