The lady who was at the window refused to give me fresh hot food that I ordered. She told me if I wanted it hot I could microwave it at home but couldn’t get new ones. I asked for a refund and she wouldn’t even give me that. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to give fresh fries. At the end, I gave her my bag of fries so I can get new ones and I saw her take it to the back and gave me the same fries just microwaved. Its fast food... I use the drive thru and mobile app to place my order. Convenient and 99% of the time Gabriel "Gabby" is my server / drive up window attendant. He's awesome, friendly and professional.
