New and clean
Had had an issue with very rude store manager at 2808 n. 10th. Name Maria and this gentleman at this location helped me and I eventually visited this location. He was professional, attentive, respectful. I made it a point to talk to his boss and complimented them for making my visit a WOW experience, thank you so much.
I’m actually about to laugh at how they abysmally handled my UBER delivery order. I ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes with double sausage and egg and what I get is what you see, a single sausage and two eggs, not hotcakes, no biscuit. I’ve never seen a platter look this neglected in all my interactions with an establishment I’ve been going to since 2010. I couldn’t even fake it if I tried — AI be damned. How you manage to screw up such basic assembly is beyond me and utterly shameful. The hash and drink were fine.

Great customer service! I didn’t get the young lady’s name at the front counter at first, but she was one of the most polite and respectful employees I’ve ever seen at any McDonald’s in the Valley. It honestly felt great to be helped by someone with such a positive attitude. A gentleman working outside mentioned her name is Karla—big props to her! Keep up the great work, Karla!
