Ordered, waited 15 minutes,the person on drive-thru was talking to the person in the white car ...line was getting long no sense of urgency, where is the manager during all this...it's shameful , won't be returning to this location ..please train your employees right ..they running the store or the manager 🤔

On 7.3.25 07:58 order number 1923 ☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The lady who served me (long hair, short stature) gave me chicken nuggets without the sweet and sour sauce I clearly asked for. When I followed up, she left me waiting for 10 minutes. When I asked again, she gave me attitude and said, “My manager said the sauce was given in the bag,” which it wasn’t. Instead of helping, she walked away.
