Love this place but how come no one ever answers the phone? The last couple of days I’ve called to inquire about something but for the last 3 days no one has picked up the phone..
They have incompetent people working in that place they messed up the order not just once but twice down from the manager to the cashier and the person that's taking care of the drive-thru both people need to be replaced cuz I paid more than $70 for something I did not even get then you call to complain and the phone number don't work
There is a drive thru older lady plain doesnt wear make up that is so rude I wish I new her name . I hate when she is working they need to not put her at the drive thru she has no customer service at all we had a hair in our French fries and she thought it was funny that is nasty she is the only lady that is rude need to teach her some customer service or keep her in back where no one sees her that's how rude she is lady treat people how you want to be treated
