Every time we get food from this location it seems to be a problem. We've placed drive thru orders, mobile orders and even handing them a hand written note with detailed instructions. Food missing from happy meals, sauce missing, drinks partially filled, custom orders not customized. Its exhausting having upset kids.
I came here for Uber eat order. Spanish lady in customer service gave my order to some lady without verify. When I asked about the order. Even after showing her my order on phone, she still didn't understand and said, "a lady took the order." That means the lady has taken the order and left. The matter is over. When I have called my customer and he talked with her after that she remake the order but very rudely.
It was good
Are food was good. My mom's sandwich was put together very sloppy. My sweet tea was unsee tea and I sent back for a new one and the second ice tea was great.
