I’ve been working as a delivery driver for over two years, visiting many restaurants daily. Unfortunately, this particular McDonald’s consistently leaves a bad impression — all because of one employee. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I asked for her name — she told me it was Lorenzo. Came here during the night shift and have been at the establishment many nights for deliveries. Staff is quite friendly, especially Maria. She is super polite and friendly every time I’ve come here during the overnight shift and lights up the atmosphere. Employees like Maria keep this location running very smoothly and make me look forward to coming here for food deliveries, knowing the staff is accountable.
