Terrible McDonald's. Most McDonald's have the triple cheeseburger meal. Apparently they don't well first of all instead of charging separate cause it ain't there say something because it ain't there card. Secondly if you charge for sauces speak up. We get our food. No BBQ sauce, no plain burger. Then they want to explain to us after they charged us about the prices. I work at McDonald's as a manager shame on them.
Waited 20 minutes just for the young man to essentially throw the bag into the vehicle, and just walk off. Prior to receiving the food, 2 other employee's were outside going back and forth to their truck while their truck was banging with music, while my kids are in the back seat. Obviously not a family friendly environment and obviously a bunch of young people who lack proper customer service. We wont be going back. Also the food order was wrong for the 3rd time. Yall suck
Women in the first window that has facial hair was really rude for no reason all because she misheard a order and got it wrong she came to 2nd window with a attitude saying it was us that we should of said that's what we wanted and we did...
