Ordered and prepaid in the app, came to pick up and the place was not even open! It was supposed to be open an hour earlier.. Then after 20 minutes of people standing outside and waiting at the drive up, some lady just rudely says "we're not open right now." No explanation, no nothing. So, not only can I not get a refund but now I can't place another order in the app at another location! There's probably two people that work here, who hold the entire place together. Had me “pull forward” so it can look like fast service, just for them to give me possibly the coldest fries I have ever eaten from a McDonalds.
