Went here today for my daughter. Alexader O. Neal (look-a-like) was very rude in the drive- thru. No hello, just stuck out the credit card machine for the payment. Waited a long time for the food and no one informed me about the wait so I had to go in. People just seem not to have good customer service anymore. It's really bad when it's the manager.
