Drove to get sick grandchild lunch. Got home and no nuggets in box. Drove back down, had receipt and box, told them what happened and said I wanted a new Happy Meal for the inconvenience…..NO WAY THEY SAID. they gave me the nuggets & a toy and said that’s it. A company this big should not have hesitated to give me the meal as good customer service. Do you think that giving me another happy meal was going to hurt their bottom line.. I think not.
