Messed up my order
Employees start taking how crap about me for putting an online order and just sitting at a table and want to say some other stuff pointing and everything y is the staff rude just came in for a damn sandwich not bitchy attitude
If you have a problem / issue management will just pass the blame, instead of trying to correct it. Horrible customer service skills, from drive thru worker up to the management.
