Good service! Kudos to the team!
I visited this McDonald’s early in the morning and initially had a positive experience with the two Sausage McMuffin I ordered and ate in-store; they were fresh and tasty. However, things took a serious turn when I ordered two more McMuffins and a hash brown to-go. Once home, which is only a 7 minute walk my wife bit into her McMuffin, and the edges were so hard that it cracked her tooth, causing her significant pain that actually made her cry. Title: Excellent Service by Cyrus at Kirkland McDonald’s! 🌟 We had a wonderful experience at this McDonald’s in Kirkland today. Cyrus greeted our family with such kindness and professionalism — his friendly attitude truly made our visit special. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which made our meal even more enjoyable. Thanks to Cyrus and the great team here, we’ll definitely keep coming back to this location. Highly recommended for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
