Terrible place worst McDonalds experience ever
This is, without a doubt, the most poorly managed McDonald’s in Ocala. The evening shift needs a complete overhaul. If you visit at night, be prepared to wait. Even when the drive-thru is completely empty, you’re almost guaranteed to be asked to pull into a waiting spot. Then you’ll sit there for 20+ minutes for what is often a simple order. Ordered food for 8 people for breakfast online, the order was basically ready and fresh when I arrived. About as good as you could get for Mcdonalds. Nailed it.
Nothing like sitting behind ONE person in the drive thru for over 10 minutes just to get cold french fries, I threw them out 🤮 Y'all need to do better.
