Very unprofessional drive-thru cashier. Giggling during taking order. Rings up items not requested. Cannot figure out how to upsize an order properly. Had to repeat order multiple times and still the order taker wasn't able to get the order correct. We left. Order would have been $50+. Updated 03/06/2026: Trying the new Big Arch Meal. Burger was excellent. Big lesson learned: DO NOT ORDER UNSWEETENED TEA, unless you want to pay an extra 30 cents for no sugar to be added. Diabetes in a cup is free with combo, however.
