Lately service has been lacking! The wait is very long. Food is cold and/or incorrect. In some instances there is missing items! You call the store and no one picks up, but they want you to call right away to report issue. I would if you would answer your phone!!!!
THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE. I ASKED FOR A KIDS MEAL WITH FRIES WELL DONE AND THEY WERE PALE AND SOFT. I DIDN'T GET THE APPLE SLICES EITHER. IDK WHY ITS FAST FOOD AND I WAS ASKED TO PARK IN THE FRONT.
The people that work here ignore you when you're inside ordering but they'll sure stare at you when you're waiting for help. Lousy overall service. Why have people work the register when they just stare at you & won't take your order. They make you use the kiosk instead of THEM doing their job!
