Just picked up a breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee from this location. I come here every day for an iced coffee. This location is closest to my house. Employees are extremely rude at this location. I asked for extra creamer extra caramel in my caramel iced coffee. The girl gave it to me with way too much creamer. Just looking at it you can see. NO FREE REFILL!!!!…sorry
Ordered an iced mocha frapp and gave the gal $10 cash. Four minutes later she handed me back my change, wrong. About 4 minutes later I received my drink. It appeared to me that there was no sense of urgency or taking pride in doing their job efficiently and accurately.
