The worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food place. I went through the drive through and order food for myself and my two kids. They gave my drinks and told me to pull into a spot and wait. The lady came out with a bag a food and I kindly said that’s not my food. She didn’t speak English so she went inside and another women came out. She asked me what I ordered and said okay and went back inside. Decent House of da Wopper. I pretty much only come here when there's not a McDonald's around. And there's always a McDonald's around..
Staff actually acknowledged I was here, and didn’t take orders ahead of mine, like the one on Del Prado did. You guys are light years ahead of other franchises.
These idiots don’t know the difference between an unsweet tea and a sprite avoid at all costs if ordering through uber or any other app, atrocious!!!
