I used to pass other McDonald's to get food from this one. Gave them a few chances but they've gone down hill. You want fries? How about half a thing of fries. A burger? How about one that looks like it was stepped on. Sauces? Just forget it, because they certainly will. Drinks? Sure, but it'll be the wrong one and taste like the machine never gets cleaned.
I went there with my sister wondering you guys was hiring people and I see a guy he was the manager and we asked him if they are hiring in this Macdonald’s, he talked to us like we are not supposed to talk him like we not human that was really weird cause all the other customer was looking at us, the guy speak Spanish he probably a manager that was disrespectful and he made our days really bad
The fish missed the bun by 80% but the cheese glued it altogether so it couldn’t be rearranged! Sandwich was not even warm and I live a block away by car! Fries were refried cold and old looking. Coffee was good! Will be awhile before I return to Colonial & Summerlin store. They have problems and their pictures of menu items are very deceiving! The cooks just don’t care!
This has got to be one of my favorite McDonald's! I come in almost daily because of the consistently outstanding food and service. Everyone is always so kind and accommodating to me. David, Gabby, Diego, and the rest of the team -- thank you for who you are and what you do every day, you are infinitely appreciated!
