I’ve been going in and out of this particular location for quite a while and one thing is always consistent. The front of the house staff is really good at ignoring customers or not acknowledging them. Very dismissive and rude expressions and just today I had to witness 3 staff members in front completely ignore me waiting in front for pickup, just for the drive thru lady to finally acknowledge me and grab me the order that was sitting on the counter. Everytime I order from this McDonalds they get my order wrong or forget to put an item in my bag.
I usually don't frequent fast food places but someone was telling me about a caramel drink that I wanted to try.
